Applicants confirm and acknowledge that VCL do not hold themselves out to be insurance or banking institution of any kind whatsoever.
Any matters relating to Insurance, Banking and Investment endorsements are executed through associates or affiliate divisions or via third parties duly authorized and/or regulated within their respective jurisdictions in the conduct of any insurance, banking and investment activities so engaged, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for business conducted in the United Kingdom (if applicable). Some of the FCA’s rules do not apply to non-UK based companies.
